Novell Netware, version 5.1 is the current version. This supports directory services, TCP/IP connections as well as IPX.. Netware has been in use across many local area networks over

Windows NT, version 4.0, with Windows 2000 on the immediate horizon. This is Microsoft's answer to local area networks. Usually
running with TCP/IP, Windows is an ideal network for connecting with internet applications. Along with NT one can add NT proxie server and several

includes peer to peer networking ability. For the very small office with no security concerns this is an ideal and inexpensive solution. The ability to share printers, disk drives and files makes Windows 98
