- There is a minimum charge of three quarters of one hour for diagnosis (currently $ 52.50). This fee covers all diagnostics and estimate for repair. It may also cover cleaning, simple repairs and a
disposal fee for unrepairable equipment. We will attempt to fix the problem for up to 2 hours, and will call you before continuing if the labor estimate is greater than 2 hours.
- Our goal is to repair equipment within 3 days of receiving it. Repairs are done on a first-come first-serve basis. We do not repair equipment while you wait. When the repair is completed we
will call you. Please check at the register for your equipment.
- The standard bench repair rate is $70/hr. Network setup and consulting is billed at $85/hr. On site service is available with an appointment at $85/hr. There is an $85 minimum on-site
charge. Wide area network consulting and setup are billed at $ 125.00 per hour.
- Replacement parts and equipment are covered by a 90-day warranty
